Traffic flow predicting has long been regarded as a critical problem for the intelligent transportation system. It aims at estimating traffic flow of a road in next several time intervals to the future. Time intervals are usually defined as short-term intervals varying from 5 minutes to 15 minutes. Two types of data are usually used in traffic flow prediction.
